Right from CADs to swatch approval to protos and first sample, every minute detail is followed, and approval is taken at various stages. Our in-house designing team analyses the buyer’s requirements meticulously to develop and provide them garments of unmatched quality.
Knitting Machines
Automatic computerised knitting machines from stoll, germany, that produce across guages 3.5 – 14. We have a team of skilled programmers trained with stoll, to ensure smooth conversion of design and concept to product.
Panel
Panel knitting is another commonly used sweater manufacturing method. This method involves knitting specific sections of the garment pattern, called panels. The panels are defined by the exact number of courses and wales needed for each size of the garment. During the knitting process, a separation thread is inserted between the panels, to allow them to be divided without cutting. Once the panels have been knitted, the separation thread is removed, and the panels are marked according to the garment pattern.
Linking and Assembly
Knitted sweater panels are then sent to linking section. Different components of a sweater are joined together by means of linking machine. The assembled garment is checked thoroughly by the linking master and supervisor.
Stitching
Our company is backed by skilled designers, and stitching and finishing artists who are experts with extensive experience in the field. They deftly handle our 6 independent garment stitching and finishing sections, creating each flawless masterpiece garment.
Kaaz Button
Buttonhole | Flatlock | Press button
Sweaters are available in the front opening as well. So button attaching and buttonholing is done in the finishing stage. A sweater design might have a zipper for the front opening. Zippers are attached. Wash care label and brand label are attached using single needle Lock stitch machine.
Checking and Thread Cutting
Trained, skilled persons remove the excess yarn, tuck in all the seamlines, do the initial finishing to the garment before it goes on to lamp checking and washing department.
Washing
Our washing department is equipped with washing machines, hydro extractor and dryers to process approximately 1000 pieces per day. Washing is the mandatory process for cotton and the acrylic based sweaters. This is also an important process for setting sweater shrinkage.
Pressing
Sweater stretches easily. Steam irons are used to press the sweater. Measurements are also set in the ironing stage by using templates of different sizes. Measurements and pressing quality are checked after pressing. After the ironing sweaters are kept open to dry the steam.
Needle Detector Machine
A needle detector machine is a quality control device used to identify and remove metal contaminants, including broken needles, from finished garments. This machine ensures product safety, prevents recalls, and complies with global standards.
