Right from CADs to swatch approval to protos and first sample, every minute detail is followed, and approval is taken at various stages. Our in-house designing team analyses the buyer’s requirements meticulously to develop and provide them garments of unmatched quality.

Throughout the various stages of production, our dedicated quality control team conducts meticulous inspections, examining every aspect of the T-shirts, from fabric integrity to stitching precision.
Cutting
we prioritize the careful sourcing of premium fabrics and the precise cutting process to ensure the highest quality products. Our commitment to sustainability drives us to select materials that are not only comfortable to wear but also environmentally conscious.
Stitching
we take immense pride in the art of stitching and the meticulous assembly process. Our team of highly skilled seamstresses possesses a wealth of experience and expertise in garment construction. With utmost precision and attention to detail, they bring the fabric pieces together, ensuring flawless seams, hems, and finishes.
Threaded Cutting and Checking
Trained, skilled persons remove the excess yarn, tuck in all the seamlines, do the initial finishing to the garment before it goes on to lamp checking.
Washing and Finishing
We understand the significance of proper washing and finishing techniques in achieving impeccable garments. After the construction phase, our T-shirts undergo a meticulous washing process that ensures optimal cleanliness and softness. We utilize specialized washing methods.
Pressing
Ironing is the process of smoothing out wrinkles and creases in fabric using a heated iron. It enhances the appearance of garments, ensuring they look crisp, neat, and well-groomed for a polished finish.
Needle Detector Machine
A needle detector machine is a quality control device used to identify and remove metal contaminants, including broken needles, from finished garments. This machine ensures product safety, prevents recalls, and complies with global standards.
